| The Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation (the “Corporation”) is a quasi-public corporation of the State of Rhode Island that assists eligible educational and healthcare institutions secure funding for capital projects. The Corporation is soliciting statements of qualifications from investment banks interested in becoming prequalified by the Corporation to serve as underwriters for future bond transactions issued by the Corporation. Completed statements must be received by the Corporation no later than Noon EST on March 20, 2023.
